We have a variety of therapists with different life experiences and backgrounds which helps us to match a client’s needs with the right person to facilitate change. Our therapists offer a variety of clinical approaches to match the therapeutic needs of the people we serve. Our direct support staff (skills workers) are here to help those with Optum Medicaid in psychosocial rehabilitation, skills training, and respite work.

Therapy Services
MHA (initial appointment) $290.00
1 hour therapy $150.00
45 min therapy $120.00
30 min therapy $90.00
Group therapy $50.00
- Psychological evaluation $1600.00
- Neuropsychological evaluation $2700.00
- Medication Management Services
- Initial psychiatric diagnostic eval $250
- Follow up appointments $130
No show fee – A no show fee will be billed for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment:
Therapy services: $50.00
Psychological services: $100.00
*Please note that the above rates are not applicable to insurance billed services. If you have had services billed to your insurance company, the rate is contingent on contractual agreements that cannot be reduced if applied to deductibles, coinsurance, or out-of-pocket costs.
